The arms are those of de Raho, probably for Don Domenico de Raho, Baron of Cassineto, who married Donna Marianna Lubelli whose family were Barons di Magli🍬ee San Cassiano.
A Neopolitan tazza, marked for Gaetano Starace, 1708, with virtually identical engraved decoration is illustrated in Catello, E. E. C., Argenti Napoletani dal XVI al XIX Secolo, 1973, Tav XXX.
