Late Collection Fees

Unless otherwise agreed by Sotheby’s, all purchased lots that have not been collected within 30 calendar days (or 60 calendar days if the buyer is a Sotheby’s Preferred member) from the date of the auction will be subject to late collection fees.

Similarly, for any property where our recommendation is to return unsold proper🧔ty to the consignor, the consignor will have 30 calendar days (or 60 calendar days if the consignor is a Sotheby’s Preferred member) to collect or arrange collection of the property from our premises.

Late Collection Fees comprise of a one-time handling fee and a daily late coꦡllection fee at the following rates𒉰:

All𝔍 charges are payable to Sotheby's at our Post Sale Services Group and will be colle💜cted at the time of shipment/property collection.

Late collection🐬 fees will cease for lots which are shipped thro♐ugh Sotheby's from the date on which we have received your payment including shipping.

Sofern mit Sotheby's nicht anders vereinbart, werden für alle gekauften Lose, die nicht innerhalb von 30 Kalendertagen (bzw. 60 Kalendertagen, wenn der Käufer ein Sotheby's Preferred Member ist) ab dem Datum der Auktion abgeholt wurden, Gebühren für verspätete Abholung erhoben.

Bei Objekten, bei denen wir empfehlen, unverkaufte Objekte an den Einlieferer zurückzugeben, hat dieser 30 Kalendertage (bzw. 60 Kalendertage, wenn der Einlieferer ein Sotheby's Preferred-Mitglied ist) Zeit, um das Objekt abzuholen oder den Versand aus unseren Räumlichkeiten zu organisieren.

Die Gebühren für verspätete Abholung setzen sich aus einer einmaligen Bearbeitungsgebühr und einer Gebühr pro Tag bei verspäteter Abholung zu den folgenden Sätzen zusammen:

Die in Rechnung gestellten Gebühren bei verspäteter Abholung sollen US$ 500 / £ 500 / € 500 / CHF 500 / HK$ 4.000 pro Verkauf nicht überschreiten.

Alle Gebühren sind an Sotheby's Post Sale Services Group zu zahlen und werden zum Zeitpunkt des Versands/der Abholung des Objekts eingezogen.

Die Gebühren bei verspäteter Abholung entfallen für Lose, die über Sotheby's versandt werden, ab dem Datum, an dem wir Ihre Zahlung einschließlich Versand erhalten haben.

Salvo diverso accordo preso con Sotheby’s, i lotti acquistati che non verranno ritirati entro 30 giorni di calendario (o 60 giorni di calendario se l’acquirente è un membro del programma Sotheby’s Preferred) dalla data dell'asta saranno soggetti alle spese per il ritiro in ritardo.

La spesa di gestione una tantum addebitata non supererà il costo di US$500 / £500 / €500 / CHF 500 / HK$4,000 per asta.

Tutte le spese dovranno essere pagate a Sotheby’s tramite il nostro Servizio Clienti dopo asta e verranno riscosse al momento della spedizione o del ritiro del bene.

Le spese per il ritiro in ritardo per i lotti la cui spedizione verrà organizzata da Sotheby’s cesseranno a partire dalla data in cui avremo ricevuto il vostro pagamento, compreso il trasporto.
