Antonio Banderas and Friends Talk Picasso, Genius & More at Sotheby’s

On 20 April, Sotheby’s and National Geographic celebrated the channel’s new series , led by Antonio Banderas’s . In a gallery installed with Picasso works from 168开奖官方开奖网站查询:Sotheby’s upcoming sales, guests dined and listened as Banderas and fellow cast members Samantha Colley (Dora Maar) and Clémence Poésy (Françoise Gilot) talked about playing larger-than-life characters. Also present was Picasso biographer John Richardson, who shared personal recollections of the artist. The conversation, led by author Amanda Foreman, also featured Genius director Ken Biller and Sotheby’s Simon Shaw. Click ahead for images from the event, and browse works by Picasso here.
