  • Bell & Ross, a Red Gold Automatic Jump Hour Wristwatch with Power Reserve No 39/50 WW1, Circa 2010.
    Estimate: 2000 – 4000 CHF
    Clearly inspired by the British Officers’ watches of the First World War, this Bell & Ross is a limited edition of only 50 pieces. The inclusion of the jump hour and power reserve provide a fresh modern twist on a vintage classic.

  • Romain Jerome, a Limited Edition Stainless Steel and Stabilised Rusted Steel Automatic Centre Seconds Wristwatch Made aith Authentic Parts of the Titanic Ref Rjtaui003 Case 500650, No 074/888 Octopus, Circa 2012.

    This chunky modern diver’s watch by Romain Jerome has a particularly steampunk vibe.  What’s more, the bezel has been forged out of a stabilised piece of steel taken from the wreck of the Titanic no less!  Literally ‘History in the Making’.

    This sporty Chopard diver brings together old and new.     The combinations of colour in this Bell & Ross chronograph with date and month are very pleasing on the eye as well as on the wrist. With its flattering dimensions this very versatile piece would be just as at home under the cuff of a casual sweater as it would a business jacket.

    When it comes to chronographs black dials and stainless steel cases are much loved. This Girard-Perregaux has both, and when paired with very classic proportions for a modern watch and with clear racing pedigree, the piece is one of only 100 made making it a lot of bang for your buck! 

  • Breitling, a Titanium Wristwatch with Date Ref E1737018 Case 559030, Circa 2002.
    Estimate: 500 – 1500 Chf
    This is quite the statement piece from Breitling with its bright yellow dial and is made wonderfully wearable when complimented by gun metal grey titanium case and modern rubber strap.  So much so that the watch could be worn casually or formally, for any occasion when ones outfit requires a little ‘pop!’
