己巳春仲。天如先生鑒。黃賓虹。
鈐印：「賓虹」。
藏印：「藤香堂」、「樂在其中」、「榮樂福緣」、「黎氏榮樂鑒藏」。
上款：「天如」即唐天如（1877-1961），字恩溥，廣東新會人。少
年舉孝廉，後為國史館總裁。歷任廣東高等學府教職。晚年移居
香港，曾任香港紅十字會會長。他工詩擅書，與文化界來往頻仍。
三十年代與黃賓虹過從尤見密切，得其佳作甚多。一九五八年五
月，香港舉行黃賓虹先生作品欣賞會，彙集本港藏家之精品，被
喻為四九年後在海外最重要的黃氏作品個展，其中十餘件即借自
唐氏。
