此臺一覽秦川小，不待傳經意已空。
孟繁仁兄大雅。寐叟。
鈐印：「寐叟」、「海日廔」。
上款：「孟繁」即嚴家熾（1885-1952），江蘇吳縣人，晚清得科名，
任官。入民國，曾掌江蘇、湖南財政廳。他工書法，與文化藝術
界人士甚有交往。

-A small area of paper loss could be found at the upper section where the first word of the calligraphy is found, which could be improved by restoration. Otherwise, generally in good condition.
