天才製ﷺ表人Felix和Thomas Baumgartner兩兄弟及他們的藝術設計師朋友Martin Frei在一次會議中一ꦬ拍即合，決定創立自己的腕錶品牌，隨後 URWERK SA品牌於1997年誕生。此品牌創新的發明顛覆了人們對於時計的傳統印象，從此一舉成名。

UR-202 Hammerhead腕錶採用了品牌最具代表性的時間顯示方式，具有旋轉二維衛星專利功能，三隻指針圍繞中心旋轉，通過翻轉數字顯示小時，並通過指示軌道上的數字來顯示分鐘。這款複雜腕錶，借鑒了之前UR-103🅷的設計，但在其基礎上將分針改進為可調節伸縮指針，同時在時刻上添加特製螢光劑，即使在昏暗光線下也能確保時間顯示清晰易讀。

這枚腕錶亦是世界首枚風力驅動腕錶，其新穎之處是通過壓縮風力進入微型渦輪，從而釋放動力驅動機芯運行。兩個渦輪與擺坨相配置，精妙設計的變速裝置，使渦輪起到減震器的作用🌜。正常運行時，它緩衝了機芯擺坨的急速運動，進而減少磨損，延長機芯壽命。
