Condition
Movement, perpetual calendar and split seconds chronograph are in working order while cataloguing. Dial is nice and clean. Faint surface scuffs to the case, a few very minor tiny dents to the bezel near 4, 8 and 12 o'clock, clean in general. Strong hallmarks. Buckle with normal signs of use.

5004型號為百達翡麗最能體現極致製表工藝的終極作品，於1995年開始生產，直至2009年停產。此型號特別之處是搭載了最後一枚由Nouvelle Lemania製造的非百達翡麗自製計時機芯。5004型號直至近期才被配有大錶盤及自製機芯的5204型號取代，是品牌最具代表性的作品。
由407個零件組成，此錶款搭載了calibre CHR 27-70Q機芯，精巧地結合了追針計時及萬年曆功能。追針計時功能引進百達翡麗專利的追針脫離裝置，實現多次事🌜件同時進行測時，準確率達一秒之內。萬年曆功能之外亦配備了ܫ24小時，閏年及精準的月相顯示裝置。
