Comprising: a pair of ear clips pavé-set with calibré-cut rubies and brilliant-cut diamonds; and a ring similarly set, size 51, all signed Van Cleef & Arpels and numbered, French assay marks, two cases.
Condition
Ruby of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain ruby of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Certification of non-Burmese origin will be required before import of rubies into the US. Please see our Important Notices and contact the jewellery department for further information.
Each stamped with French assay marks and 750 for 18 carat gold. Each signed Van Cleef & Arpels. Ring numbered 134905, earrings numbered 737657. Rubies dark purplish red, well matched in colour, typical inclusions visible under magnification. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 4.00 - 5.00 carats, estimated colour H-J, estimated clarity VS. Earrings with strong clip fittings. Ring with scratches to inside of band, all with slight abrasions to mount consistent with wear. In very good condition.
