Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Brooch fitting and jewel signed Della Valle, brooch fitting with maker's marks and Italian assay marks for Naples. Sapphires well matched in colour, some scratches, nicks and abrasions, very few with slightly larger chips. Diamonds bright and lively. Very flexible. Pin with sliding safety catch. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition.
