拍品資料及來源

In this complex and multi-layered installation work, Matthew Day Jackson explores and reinterprets the concept of 'The American Dream'. The American philospher and inventor Buckminster Fuller's theory of 'Dynamic Maximum Ten♋sionౠ' or 'Dymaxion' pervades his artistic practice. This is translated here by Jackson through a multi-faceted layering of concepts involving history, image, art history and personal concerns.
