of rounded rectangular form with dome-shaped screw-on lid fitting over a cork stopper with gilded silver mount, profusely enameled with brightly colored flowers and foliage among arches and scrolls, all against a stippled gilt ground

some small chips to enamel, some small repairs to turquoise band along base; otherwise in overall good condition
