上款：「豫甫」或為立山，字豫甫，土默特氏，內務府蒙古正黃旗
人。光緒五年（1879），以員外郎出監蘇州織造，累遷至總管內務
府大臣、正白旗漢軍副都統、戶部侍郎。二十年，加太子少保，
後擢升至戶部尚書。庚子事變時，被革職下獄，伏誅。
註：翁叔平、立豫甫同為一殿之臣，先後獲簾眷、沐帝恩，相繼
執掌戶部，豈料「百日維新」、「庚子之亂」兩段歷史鉅變，兩人下
場悲慘，一罷黜，一伏誅，際遇起伏跌宕，出人意表。本幅寫於
「戊戌四月」，是月廿七日，即翁氏生辰，卻遭嚴旨譴斥，着即「開
缺回藉」，故此副堂屏應書仍於居廟堂之時，恐是叔平宦海生涯中
與同僚立山的最後一次的文字姻緣了！
