註：一亭筆下動物題材，多屬家畜，如牛羊雞犬等，鮮有凶禽，
畫虎尤稀。
本幅寫於天中節，蓋山君威嚴，與取鍾進士入畫，同具鎮宅驅邪
之意。惟畫家不隨時流，毋逞虎之雄姿，反使其以背示人，夾尾
而立，體態似臃腫笨拙，倒偏近吳缶老或白石翁作品中的造型，
虎兒皆馴獸善類也！
本幅構圖簡約，背景巨岩草叢出諸大寫意法，筆道迅疾，墨瀋淋
漓，呈狂風掃落葉之勢，頗見高且園畫法之影響。
