註：本幅無署年，按畫家手稿紀錄寫於一九四四年。是時仍為黎
明前夕，冷月先生與家小滯留滬上，依靠鬻畫維生。他堅持民族
氣節，拒絕參加偽政府組織的藝術活動，更三度遷居以避敵人脅
迫。四三年冬，遷至淡水路豐裕里九八號二樓，取「風雨樓」為室
號，既與「豐裕」同音，亦反映處身風雨飄搖之國難中。故本幅寫
於遷居豐裕里時。畫中古柏參天矗立，背倚嶙峋奇石，傍伴臘梅
綴枝，其姿挺秀，其色蒼鬱，既寓柏齡眉壽之意，復見歲寒時堅
貞不屈之志。上書七絕一首，咏物喻人，以高士卓立不群自況，
若對照當時處身淪陷區之險境，實藉書畫以明志。他同期再以古
柏老梅壽石三者入畫，寫成〈歲寒勁節〉，錄七絕曰「歲寒勁節冰霜
操，傲骨嶙峋伴後凋；且向萬花出頭地，和羹靜待海氛消。」詩意
畫境配合，與本幅同出一轍，畫家再三為之，蓋有深意。
