上款：「仲坰」即吳仲坰（1897－1971），別署仲珺、仲軍，字載和。
齋名餐霞閣、師李齋。江蘇揚州人。幼隨父宦游廣州，父巽沂喜金石
書畫，粵中名士多與往還，仲坰因從李尹桑啓蒙治印。弱冠隨父至滬
上，受知於銀行家吳蘊齋，聘為秘書，打理一切應酬文字，薪酬日
豐，遂得以量力購藏書畫名印。治印除精究漢印外，亦能書善畫，兼
精鑑賞。輯行有〈餐霞閣印稿〉。

賓虹與吳氏父子訂交於一九一二年，彼時巽沂與友人合組「和先閣」古
玩鋪於滬上。賓虹與龐元濟、吳俊卿常光顧鑒評書畫古物。仲坰與賓
虹乃忘年之交，兩人終生保持深厚交誼。
