At the time of cataloging the movement is running and the date advances correctly. The case has various scratches and signs of use in keeping with the age of the watch. Once unscrewed from the case the button to rotate the inner flange will unscrew/come off if rotated in the wrong direction. Rotated in the correct direction it works as designed.
