Condition
Movement and all functions are in working order while cataloguing. Dial is nice and clean. Minor surface scuffs to the bezel, band and case back, light surface hairlines to the lugs. Strong hallmarks, no signs of any polishing. Buckle with light signs of use. Overall condition is very good.

做為製表工藝的極致體現，5004型號是鐘錶業的終極時計。5004型號於1995年開始生產，直至2009年停產。此型號一特別之處是搭載了由Nouvelle Lemania製造的最後一枚非百達翡麗自製計時機芯。最近被大錶盤自製機芯的5204型號代替，5004型號是品牌最具代表性的作品。
由407個零件組成，此錶款搭載了calibre CHR 27-70Q機芯，明智地結合了追針計時及萬年曆功能。追針計時實現多項計時同時進行且引進百達翡麗專利的追針脫離裝置，準確率在一秒之ꩲ內。萬年曆功能還配備了24小時，閏年及精準月相顯示裝置。
