Colour and Clarity: According to GRS report, the star sapphire is natural, of Ceylon origin, with no indication of thermal treatment. Please refer to the report for details. In our opinion, the star sapphire is of medium deep, intense blue colour, with a fine six-ray star (asterism) upon spot illumination. Under 10x loupe, there are needles and a few tiny crystal inclusions with minor abrasions on surface, not seen to naked eyes. Other tiny sapphires on the mount are of medium deep blue, eye clean. Condition: Karat blackened gold ring mount, in mint condition.
