Condition
Mirror is cracked and will be repaired after the sale at Sotheby's expense. Repair will take approximately 3 weeks.
Signed Van Cleef & Arpels, Paris, maker's marks, case numbered 27797, doors of the two compartments and lipstick holder numbered 7050. Stamped with French assay marks for 18 carat gold. Enamel overall in good condition, minor chips to the front, top, bottom and sides, few chips and areas of loss to the back. Diamonds of decorative quality. Signs of little wear to the metal. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 174 grams.
