癸亥冬病後並書。八十老人吳昌碩。
鈐印：「吳俊之印」、「吳昌石」、「老夫無味已多時」。
藏印：「瀞河張氏郎中」。

本幅具「瀞河張氏郎中」壓角印，即張覃啟藏印，蓋其業西醫，故稱「郎中」。六十年代起為國際航運業鉅子董浩雲診治，後移居加拿大。張氏好藝術，居港期間，大🦩肆搜購，多得自☂集古齋。其「開元」收藏，蔚然大觀，尤以二十世紀名家作品為重，如徐悲鴻、錢松喦、宋文治、李可染等。
