註：大千先生遊踪所及而引入畫圖者，以創作數量計，恐取景黃山為最。即使晚歲仍有〈黃山前後澥圖〉面世，引領觀者神遊於綿延長卷中，徜徉於黃岳奇峰雲海間。

黃山景點眾多，順手截取一角，足以成圖。本幅主角為文殊院，兼及狀似屏障於兩側的蓮花、天都峯。圖中叠嶺高低參差，不規則地前後佈列，雲氣迴盪穿插其間，嶺上奇松迭生，或隱或現。佈局簡潔，不在黃岳奇險處著墨，僅狀其梗概，主攝其自然神韵，筆下細緻而不刻意求工，設色青綠赭石，沉鬱蒼潤，極為寫意。下方見高士於煙靄繚繞中結伴攀登，莫非畫家自寫與仲兄善子同遊黃山之狀！

雖未署年，按畫風及題跋書體，可推之為三十年代中期之作。又本幅裁紙略近方型，與🀅畫家慣用之窄長條幅或中堂整紙有別，足堪一記。
