百達翡麗5033P型號於2002年首推出時，原為應中東皇室要求所特別打造十枚鉑金及一枚鈦金屬的限量生產錶款，錶盤配以漆繪羅馬數字，為之設計雛型。其後於2006年巴塞爾鐘錶展正式面市，配備匕首形指針及立體長三角形條狀時標。品牌在2011年推出5033P型號的另一版本，酒桶形的錶殼鑲以98顆頂級梯形鑽石，共重4.39克拉，其外形設計甚具裝飾藝術風格意涵，更添腕錶之出眾典雅。

錶款搭載創新R27 PS QA機芯，備有483枚零件，更ꦓ首次採用於1996年取得專ཧ利的三問年曆專利機制，充分體現品牌在機芯研發上積極創新。此型號於2011年宣佈停產，2012年發行完畢，據了解各版本生產共僅約80隻，令這鑽石版本在其短暫的發行期間更顯珍稀。
