Automatic movement is in working order while cataloguing, but it has not been tested for the accuracy of time keeping and a service might be required at the buyer's expense in the near future. The ref 5131J is very rare and almost very difficul to get on the retail market. 百達翡麗5131型號於2008年面市，選用與深受歡迎的5130型號世界時間腕錶相同的錶殼及機芯，同時復刻了世界時間2523型號懷舊錶款，配置精美的掐絲琺瑯錶盤。面市初期，僅發行了黃金版美洲及歐洲地圖錶款，後又加入了白金版亞洲及非洲地圖錶款。據了解，由於5131型號琺瑯錶盤製造工藝極其複雜，曠時費工，因此產量甚少，需要長時間預訂。錶款全由手工打造，每一枚腕錶的錶盤均獨一無二，倍顯珍貴。
