Condition
Each piece signed M. Gérard, necklace and bracelet numbered 2421, ear clips numbered 2792, ring numbered 2422. French maker's mark for Vassort, 34 rue Saint-Etienne, 75001 Paris. French assay mark for 18 carat gold, mounted in yellow gold. Necklace and bracelet can be combined together to form a longer necklace, length approximately 810 mm. Sapphires well matched in colour, blue of strong saturation, with typical inclusions, abrasions and nicks, estimated to weigh a total of approximately 49.00 - 51.00 carats, one sapphire missing on the ring. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 34.00 - 36.00 carats, on average G-H colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Signs of normal wear to the metal, solder marks on the back of the ring. In good condition. Total gross weight approximately 186 grams.
