Condition
Important notice regarding importation into the United States of Rolex Watches. Sotheby's cannot arrange for the delivery of Rolex watches to the United States because U.S. law restricts the import of Rolex watches.
Mechanical movement in running condition at time of cataloguing, please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee future working condition of watches. Please note that the movement has not been tested for the accuracy of its time keeping and therefore a service should be carried out in the near future at the buyer's expense.
Dial signed Rolex, Genève, Cellini, Swiss. Case numbered 753. Stamped with Swiss assay mark for 18 carat gold. Watch with cal. 1600 mechanical nickel lever movement, 19 jewels, Microstella balance; silvered dial; brushed case. Bracelet appears to be later added. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 8.50 - 9.00 carats, on average H colour, VS clarity; one small diamond deficient. Clasp secure. Dial in good condition. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In overall good condition. Gross weight approximately 80 grams.
