Condition
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 73327, stating that the thirteen pearls were found to be natural, saltwater, and that the smaller pearls have not been tested.
According to the SSEF the pearls weigh a total of 89.08 carats, the single pearls weigh 2.49 carats (9.99 grains), 4.97 carats (19.91 grains), 7.66 carats (30.65 grains), 7.49 carats (29.96 grains), 12.54 carats (50.18 grains), 11.18 carats (44.74 grains), 5.61 carats (22.47 grains), 10.19 carats (40.76 grains), 4.65 carats (18.62 grains), 8.08 carats (32.32 grains), 7.59 carats (30.40 grains), 4.78 carats (19.15 grains), and 1.79 carats (7.18 grains), they have white to slightly cream and slightly grey body colours, partly with rosé and green overtones, for further information please refer to the report; of medium to good lustre, indentations and growth marks, glue marks to the reverse of the largest button pearl but not disturbing when worn. Seed pearls of white to cream body colour, some with growth marks. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 4.00 - 5.00 carats, on average G-H colour and VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mounting. Clasp secure, safety catch to the side. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 40 grams.
