Colour and Clarity: According to Gübelin, AGL and SSEF reports, the sapphire is natural, of Kashmir origin, with no indications of heating. Gübelin appendix states that, this sapphire "possesses a richly saturated and homogeneous colour, combined with a high degree of transparency, and a finely proportioned cut....... Such a combination of characteristics is rare in natural Kashmir sapphires of this size." Please refer to the reports and appendix for details. In our opinion, the sapphire is of richly velvety blue colour, eye clean. Upon 10x loupe, there are only a few minor nicks or abrasions on girdle or crown facets, otherwise very clean. Diamonds are about F to G colours, VS clarity. Condition: Karat white gold ring mount, signs of normal wear, overall in very good condition.
