The circular band of translucent white colour, carved as bamboo sections throughout.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to the Jadeite Jade Testing Certificate, the nephrite jade bangle is natural. Please refer to the certificate for details. In our opinion, the nephrite jade bangle is translucent, of very light celadon white hue, with greasy surface lustre.
Condition: Traditional carving, probably dated back to Republican period, in very good condition.

竹節玉鐲常見於清末民初，多由白地青或羊脂白玉雕造而成，強調女性的貞潔無瑕。而手鐲的竹節雕刻亦寓意「節節高」，富有吉祥、步步高升的意思。
