東南亞私人收藏李可染作品 （編號 1440 – 1441）

〈歸牧圖〉及〈江南水鄉〉源自馬來西亞檳城怡齋畫廊。畫廊主人陳詩暢於一九八一年致函可染先生詢及收得其三幀作品之真偽。畫家覆函稱〈歸牧圖〉及〈江南水鄉〉（即信中所稱〈江南山水〉）皆真迹，另幅乃贋品。又：回函乃畫家囑親人代筆，並鈐其印章作實。現藏者購得這兩幀作品並附上述覆函，保存至今卅載矣！

註：本幅未有署年，按怡齋畫廊主🦋人致函可染先生於一九八一年，作品自應寫成於前。若對照畫家在七十年代後期相同題材之作，畫風、書體以至鈐印俱與本幅甚為類近，故可推斷為ꦐ該段期間所出。
