（錄〈漁村落照〉、王紱〈歸浦遠帆〉、〈洞庭秋月〉、〈江天暮雪〉、〈平沙落雁〉、〈山市晴嵐〉，文略）徵明。
六平司馬所藏文待詔山水八幅，每幅各綴以詩，小楷精絕。余於繪事不能仿待詔萬一，聊臨其書以歸六平，識余之曾見云。夢樓王文治記。

〈八至十八〉
（錄〈秋夜苦雨不寐〉、〈喜晴〉、〈送李太守唐通守圖刺史從軍永昌並寄龔太守二首〉、〈對月懷館閣諸公〉、〈碧雞關〉、〈九月十三日同張壽雪葉木果遊新華浦三首〉，文略）
近作數篇錄為六平寅長兄先生吟壇教正。夢樓王文治未定草。

註：本冊乃王文治分別以小字楷書恭錄文徵明題畫詩，及行書鈔自寫詩稿，贈時任同知之友人。楷書與行書尺幅大小不一，可知寫於不同時期。復按楷書部份仍見每頁挖嵌鑲裝入冊之痕迹，或為後得者合而為一，裝裱成冊。

冊中具葛嗣沆及李廣釗兩家藏印。晚清浙江平湖「愛日吟廬」主人葛金烺，兒輩以「嗣」字排行，故葛嗣沆或為其一系，俱出於收藏世家。李廣釗，名嘉，安徽合肥人，任職銀行界，為民國時期上海金融界名人。亦嗜收藏，範圍包括書畫瓷器。
