上款：「吉田重信」即日本前駐上海總領事，一九三六年生，神戶人。一九六一年畢業於東京大學法學部後，入外務省。七十年代，先後獲派赴上海、溫哥華、台北、北京、汶萊及尼泊爾等地任職。現任日中關係問題研究所代表。本幅寫於八八年夏，時維吉田卸任駐滬總領事前夕，畫家或因而寫此誌念。
