上款：「劍青」即杜劍青，號瓶盦，浙江杭州人，活躍於上世紀二十至五十年代。他精研古代書畫，其「松濤館」收藏範圍以明清作品為主，不少藏品即具其題跋，如余集〈柳如是小影〉冊及吳徵〈西泠印社圖〉冊等。他與近代名家亦有往還，得時人寫贈甚多，一九四六年，馬蠲叟另有行書四屏寫贈。
