Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to both Gübelin and SSEF reports, the pair of sapphires are natural, of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating. SSEF appendix letter further states that these two sapphires "are outstanding matching in size (21.357 and 21.291ct respectively), shape and fine colour......A matching pair of natural sapphires from Ceylon of this quality is rare and exceptional". Please refer to the reports and letter for details. In our opinion, these two sapphires are of medium deep, intense blue colour, eye clean. Upon 10x loupe, there are silks and fingerprint inclusions, and one sapphire has one hairline fissure on side close to girdle, very common in natural sapphires and not noticeable to naked eyes. Two round diamonds set in the surmounts, according to GIA reports, are matching, of F colour, VVS1 clarity, with Excellent Cut, Polish and Symmetry. Other small diamonds are probably about F to H colours, VS clarity.
Condition: Karat white gold mounts, in mint condition.
