In good condition. With minor scratching and discoloration to the gold, commensurate with wear. The mother-of-pearl is a light gray with slight pink and green orient. The diamonds are approximately F-G color, VVS-VS clarity. The brooch functions as a clip-brooch and the pendant hook folds away. Dimensions approximately 2 3/8 in by 2 5/8 in.
