In good condition. The sapphire is a rich medium very slightly violetish blue color and is slightly included, mostly in the form of color zoning at one corner; color is deepened by the openwork filigree backing. Noticeable scratching to the surface and abrasions to the facet junctions. Difficult to estimate carat weight due to backing, but it is a shallow stone with an approximate weight of 4.50 carats. Diamonds are approximately H-I color and VS-SI clarity. Accompanied by AGL report no. CS 68892 stating that the sapphire is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
