癸酉臘八日。佛弟子王禔薰沐敬寫。

題識：
無量壽佛。
癸未孟冬之月熏沐敬篆，為硯林硯齋永充供養。存道居士。

鈐印：
〈王〉 「福厂書畫」、「王禔印信」。
〈高〉 「二丰」。

上款：「硯林硯齋」即姚亮，字羲民，杭州人，居滬。工詩，能書，尤擅章草，淡名利，好賞花。與王福厂交往甚深，並有詩賀其七十壽。福厂弟子吳樸堂常為其刻印。著有〈儋麋居詩稿〉，扉頁亦出自王褆手書。
