上款：「㝌齋老人」即近代詞人冒鶴亭（1873-1959），名廣生，號疚齋，江蘇如皋人。光緒甲午科（1894）舉人，晚清民初皆有官職，一九二二年，以丁母憂堅持棄官，潛心文獻著作，三十年代後期在中山大學等校任教。四九年後應聘為上海文物保管委員會特約顧問。

一九五二年春，冒氏八十大壽，詞壇藝界中人紛以詞畫賀之。王福厂以小字隸書錄〈易林〉祝頌之句賀壽外，另取青田石刻印兩方貽贈，見載於〈冒鶴亭年譜〉。
