-Signs of restoration can be found along the lower left edge of the second scroll, where there appears to be paper tear previously. Light foxing can be found on the couplet, which can be improved by restoration. Otherwise, generally in good condition.

雅室怡情：文人書齋清翫小輯（編號1306－1327）

文人書齋，向為讀書養性、怡情消閒之所，室內點綴，或壁懸書畫，或案置文玩，或几佈奇石，皆ಌ取細巧清雅者，故即僅容膝之寬，亦符劉禹錫句「何陋之有」耶！

本輯所彙，雖曰書畫，俱以點佈書齋，切合文人意趣為旨。一取尺幅小巧精緻，雖方寸天地，卻足不出戶，而座享遨遊之樂。一取室號橫匾，得者可襲用前人室名，以古意寓今意，堪與🍷先賢契合。一取楹聯書迹具喻意者，或語出詩詞典籍，或供自省自警之座右銘，或具曠懷自適之意。故不論名氣，不限書體，不拘風格，惟取民國以迄諸家所出，符合上述旨要者，納入本輯範圍，以嚮仝好。
