上款：「景琦」即韓景琦，江蘇丹陽人，南社社員，亦為研究南社學者，一九四六年主編〈鎮丹金溧揚聯合月刊〉，保存不少有關該社文獻。他與馬相伯過從甚密，亦積極參與賑災救濟事務。一九三八年春，江蘇救濟會成立，組織籌務活動，救助因戰亂及水災流離失所之災民。海上藝壇多有響應，舉行書畫展覽義賣活動，本幅即賀天健提供參展作品之一，為熱心參與襄助之韓氏購得，故補題以誌。
