上款：「鳳翎」即孫鳳翎，浙江嘉善人，著名中醫師。他好藝事，廣交當地文人名士，二十年代末，即獲經營書畫古董業務之鄉紳陳士帆父子介紹，結識借居陳氏「來青堂」之善子、大千昆仲，彼此往還密切，獲寫贈書畫頗夥。本聯以篆書寫成，鮮見於善子筆下，其稱謂曰「庚兄」，可知兩人同出生於一八八二年。
