The movement is running at time of cataloguing, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement. Case in overall very good condition with minor surface scuffs from "shop wear." Perpetual calendar, moon phases and chronograph functions working properly at the time of cataloguing. Dial and movement in excellent condition. Please note that Ref 3940 in yellow gold is sold by Patek Philippe with a secondary solid case back. This case back is not present with this lot. A setting pin is included with the accompaniments.
