Condition
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 84508, stating that the purple cabochon star sapphire weighing 43.37 carats, measuring 18.52 x 13.76 x 14.73mm, is of Ceylon origin, with a moderate star effect, no indications of heating.
Stamped Pt 900 for platinum. Inscribed 43.380 referring to the carat weight of the central cabochon purple sapphire, and D 2.70 referring to the total carat weight of the diamonds. Star purple sapphire semi-transparent, with typical inclusions, some surface reaching; for further details on the stone, please refer to the SSEF report. Diamonds bright and lively. No evidence of wear to the metal, in like-new condition. Gross weight approximately 21 grams.
