Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold, mounted in white gold. Central heart-shaped diamond measuring approximately 12.20 x 11.86 x 5.58mm, and calculated to weigh approximately 4.75 carats, K-L colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mounting. Remaining diamonds on average H-J colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Signs of normal wear to the metal. In very good condition.
