Accompanied by SSEF report no. 82330, stating that the sugarloaf sapphire weighing 27.17 carats and measuring 16.85 x 14.59 x 10.43mm, is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Sapphire blue of medium strong saturation, with very good transparency, minor typical inclusions, some surface reaching, and colour bandin, minor scratches and abrasions; for further details on the sapphire, please refer to the gemmological report. Diamonds bright and lively, three small diamonds deficient on the prongs. Signs of normal wear to the metal. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 10 grams.
