Condition
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 86894, stating that the pear-shaped emeralds weighing 3.32 and 8.53 carats, measuring 14.31 x 8.69 x 4.60 mm and 17.37 x 13.33 x 6.24 mm, are of Colombian origin, with a minor amount of oil in fissures, and that the pear-shaped emeralds weighing 3.28 and 8.94 carats, measuring 14.24 x 9.12 x 4.47 mm and 17.15 x 13.28 x 6.38 mm are of Colombian origin, with a moderate amount of oil in fissures.
Each surmount signed VAN CLEEF & ARPELS, numbered 12055, French maker's marks. French assay marks for 18 carat gold. Stamped Pt 950 for platinum and 750 for 18 carat gold. Emeralds green of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, a few nicks, scratches and abrasions, for more information on the emeralds please refer to the SSEF report. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 18.00 - 22.00 carats, on average G-H colour, VVS-VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Signs of normal wear to the metal consistent with use. In very good condition. Total gross weight approximately 37 grams.
