Signed Cartier, numbered 691750. French maker's mark. French assay mark and stamped 750 for 18 carat gold, mounted in yellow gold. Inscribed 53, referring to the ring size. In our experts' opinion, the step-cut diamond measuring approximately 13.67 x 10.02 x 6.34mm and stated to weigh 7.50 carats, is G colour, VVS clarity. Remaining diamonds bright and lively. Signs of wear to the metal consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 16 grams.
