In good condition with light scratching to the gold commensurate with regular wear. Diamonds approximately F-G color, VVS-VS clarity. Emeralds are medium-deep slightly bluish green and moderately to highly included with a high polish. The sapphires in varying shades of blue, yellow and green; predominantly lightly included. Measures 4 1/8 by 3 1/4 inches. The textured red leather box interior in good condition. The butterfly brooch of similar design illustrated in Francoise Caille's book dates to circa 1985. Please note that there is not a stone missing as stated in the printed catalogue. Please note one of the antennae has become detached and will be repaired for the purchaser by Sotheby's.
