The work is in good condition overall. There is evidence of minor wear and handling around the edges of the work due to the age of the work. Upon close observation, a few faint spots of foxing are visible on the top portion (sky area), along with very minute holes above the signature area (bottom left corner) and a slightly larger one just below the mountain (top right). No restoration has been detected. Framed, under Plexiglas.
