上款：「丹林」即陸丹林（1897－1972），廣東三水人。南社中堅，長於美術評論，先後主編多種刊物，於滬上藝壇交遊廣泛，其「紅樹室」收藏名家寫贈書畫極夥。
註：本幅乃汪藹士、王師子與張大千合寫，謝玉岑題跋，畫中似按年齒長幼編序，擅繪梅花之汪吉麟先寫紅梅，師子補松枝，年齡居幼之大千添竹葉，遂成歲寒三友入圖。四人合作，蓋因與陸氏同為畫社成員，故締此藝緣。
